In-house production of roller door systems with various roller shutter profiles, depending on customer requirements.

Overview roller door profiles

Single-walled profiles type 1.1540, 1.1560 and 1.1590 in aluminum, steel or stainless steel, also possible in perforated sheet designs. (Fig. 1, 2 and 3)
Double-walled profiles type 1.100 D, 1.95 R and 1.06 D in aluminum, steel or stainless steel, also possible with window inserts (Fig. 4, 5 and 6)
Lateral rail profiles type 1.1371 and 1.1372 in aluminum, steel or stainless steel (Fig. 7)

SIROL roller doors are suitable for various applications such as shopping centers, airports, train stations, schools, restaurants and public buildings.
The rolling doors can be manufactured in a width of 0.80 – 20 m and a height of 0.6 – 16 m.

Main components of the basic design

Roller shutter curtain with various roller shutter slats
Upper steel tube roller with roller bearing and bearing brackets
Side rail profiles of type 1371 (52 x 80 mm) in aluminum, steel or CNS
Drive unit: Tubular motor or chaine drive unit, plus central control unit
Operation: Push-button switch, key switch or radio remote control
